For any of these devices, you can go through the assessment and receive an immediate price quote based on the device condition from our highest bidder. We accept devices that at least switch on. But we don’t accept devices that are counterfeit or jailbroken.

You can find a detailed description of the condition and price of your phone or any other device on our website. A representative will use our app to verify the condition of your device, and our system will automatically confirm the price based on that information. The process is fast, easy, and there’s no need to negotiate. You will receive a guaranteed payout from one of the four listed prices, based on the final condition of your device. The price you see is the price you get.

There are three different grades that determine the condition of your phone or device: Excellent, Good and Fair. These grades are based on the appearance and functionality of your device. It is important to accurately understand the condition and features of your phone or device to ensure a smooth and efficient process, as the condition of the device will affect the offered price.

Our competitive prices are based on bids from dealers across the country. As such, when dealers compete to buy your phone or any other device, you will get the highest quote on the platform.

Your devices are sold to dealers across the UAE who repair them and sell them to customers, thus extending the life span of the device and promoting a sustainable and circular economy. 

For mobile phones and tablets, we will pay extra as per the accessories quoted. However, for laptops and smartwatches, the charger is mandatory.

We understand data privacy is a genuine concern. We recommend that you do a factory reset before handing over the device. We could also erase data on your phone and tablet, using internationally approved methods (used by leading brands in the USA and Europe). The data erasure for smartphones and tablets will be done in your presence and takes an average of 2 to 3 minutes. However since laptop data erasure takes 1-2 hours, we will have to take it back to our central processing center. Once completed we will instantly send you a data wipe confirmation.

We currently do not provide this service, we recommend you to back up your phone or device before handing it over to our representative.

You can use any of the following in original (no copies or photos):

– Emirates ID
– Driving license
– Passport (you don’t have to be a resident of the UAE to use our service)

No. We only need a government issued photo ID in original of the person handing over the device.

You can schedule a date from the website, and our representative will arrange a specific time for pick-up.

Yes, you can sell multiple devices and request prices for each of them. Alternatively, our representative can create the price requests and handle the additional devices on your behalf to save you time.

Yes, we offer a free home pickup service. After you get a price, you have to mention your location details and within 1 hour our agent will call you to schedule a home pick up.

– Once you confirm your request to sell your phone or any other device on telefoni.ae, you receive an email.
– Our agent will call you within 1 hour and schedule a home pick-up at your convenience.
– Once the home service agent assesses your device, he/she will confirm the price based on the condition of your phone.
– If you agree to the price, the home service agent will give you cash on the spot.

– Add in your details.
– Fill in the details of your location, the time, and the date you want the pick-up to be done
– Confirm all your details and hit “Sell Now”

Telefoni.ae representative may refuse to accept the device only under these circumstances
– You do not have an original, valid government issued ID
– Device does not turn on
– You are not able to log out of your account on Google Drive or iCloud
